Welcome to Life Jugglers ("we," "us," "our").  This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website https://www.jugglers.life/, use our coaching services, subscribe to our newsletter, or otherwise interact with us.

We only collect the data you give us, such as: Identity Data ( Full name, username, or similar identifier ), Contact Data ( Email address, telephone number, billing address ), Client Data ( Information you share during discovery calls and coaching sessions, including personal circumstances, goals, challenges, progress notes related to the "Juggling Concept" and your well-being ) (mental, physical, financial, etc.).

 

All data is treated with the utmost confidentiality and will be destroyed upon your request. We'll even send a video of us burning the papers if you wish.

 

Financial Data: Payment card details or bank account information are processed and stored by our third-party payment processors, not directly by us.

 

Technical Data: Internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this website is collected and managed by Wix

 

Usage Data: Information about how you use our website, products, and services is also collected by Wix.

 

How We Collect Your Personal Data: We use different methods to collect data from and about you including:  Direct Interactions ( You may give us your Identity, Contact, Client, and Financial Data by filling in forms on our website  ), by corresponding with us by post, phone, email, during coaching sessions, or otherwise.

 

Automated Technologies or Interactions: As you interact with our website, Wix or integrated analytics tools (like Google Analytics, if used) may automatically collect Technical and Usage Data about your equipment, Browse actions, and patterns. Website Host: Wix (our website is hosted on Wix.com. Wix collects data on its own behalf as described in its privacy policy).

Payment Processors: Stripe to process payments securely. We do not store your full payment card details.

Scheduling Tools: Calendly to manage discovery call and session bookings.

Video Conferencing Platforms: Google Meet for online coaching sessions.

Email Marketing Services: MailerLite, to manage our newsletter and email communications.

Cloud Storage Providers: Google Drive, for storing client notes and business documents.

Analytics Providers: Wix Analytics to understand website traffic and user behavior.

Professional Advisers: Lawyers, bankers, auditors, and insurers based in the Czech Republic or EU who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance, and accounting services.

Regulatory Authorities: Tax authorities and other regulators in the Czech Republic or other relevant jurisdictions who require reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances.

 

8. Data Retention

 

We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements.

For example, client coaching records may be kept after our coaching relationship ends, in line with professional best practices and potential legal requirements. Data collected for newsletter subscriptions will be kept as long as you remain subscribed.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed. This includes not having anything worth stealing and using the data anonymously when used for training purposes.
